About Barbara
Originally from Austria, I have been living in the northern part of Italy since 1995. I have been involved in constellation work for more than 20 years, completing education and training in systemic-structure-constellation, autopoietic-constellation, and other different constellation formats.
I support coaches, leaders, teams, and organizations as an experienced constellation facilitator in Italy and abroad.
In addition, I have been running my practice as a clinical psychologist, psychotherapist, supervisor, and coach for more than 25 years.

This workshop is an invitation:
- to discover still unconscious beliefs that influence our behavior without us realizing it
- to go above previously unknown behaviors, patterns, and limits
- to integrate and bring them to life
- to generate resources to go through this process
In this workshop we will use different constellation formats to gain access to our inner voice and create something new that defines us and lets us feel good:
the „ I – Self-Constellation“ by Siegfried Essen, the „Belief-Constellation“ by Christl Lieben, and different formats of the systemic structural constellation by Varga von Kibèd and Insa Sparrer.
